Friendship can ripple out, helping many in the community.  Ben has been nominated for over 7 years of organising events and fundraising in memory of his friend Gareth Brown who passed away from cancer, raising money in his name for Furness oncology and Sandside Lodge School.  The events and fundraising are going from strength to strength despite facing challenges. Ben is an all-round amazing, caring and generous person. And needless to say, a good friend.
