A positive attitude makes a huge difference. Phoebe has been nominated as the glue that held her 2023 – 2024 DFN Project Search cohort together. Overcoming her own neurodivergent challenges, Phoebe showed resilience and perseverance in her internship, the process of job searching and while volunteering at her local youth club.  Phoebe’s smile lights up a room and she is an inspiration to her peers, staff and her co-workers.
