A caring heart from an early age is a credit to our community.  10 year old Scarlett has been nominated for volunteering after school to help teach young children to sing and play instruments.  She also volunteers at Hoops Basketball Centre, supporting the coaches and helping the younger children.  Scarlett always puts others first, trying to help ensure they are looked after.
