Turning your own challenging experiences into a source of compassion is something we can all learn from. Gary has been nominated for giving up his time and energy to helping others, making a real and lasting difference in people’s lives for many years. He volunteers at the local food bank and supports two community food clubs as well as giving his lived experience to Warrior Down LERO. Gary’s selfless nature and willingness to help at any time has earned him the respect and gratitude of many.
