Green Heart Den has been nominated for their work as a vibrant community garden and wellbeing hub delivering social impact by transforming a once-derelict area into a welcoming, multi-purpose green space. Established in 2008 the Den supports many community groups through its commitment to sustainability, mental wellbeing, and inclusive access. They don’t ask what’s missing - they ask what’s possible?
