A lifetime of working with young people ripples through our community. Neil or ‘Tips’ has been nominated for 40 years of work as a teacher at Walney and Parkview Schools, and as a project manager at Furness Education and Skills Partnership. Tips’ unique teaching style demonstrates the power of a vocation, able to to build relationships with disengaged young people and helping thousands to find the right path and see opportunities in their future.
