The right support at the right time creates ripples through people’s lives and our community.  Nick has been nominated for an unwavering focus on inspiring, nurturing and supporting careers in food.  As a food technology teacher, Nick has guided many students towards becoming upcoming chefs.  Going further, he set up the Aroma Catering Foundation charity to support travel and equipment costs, as well as to help Barrow Food Bank, running pop up restaurant nights staffed by young people wishing insight and experience in the industry.
