Every patient that leaves hospital needs some form of care.  Sharon has been nominated as the driving force behind the complex discharges team at Furness General Hospital.  Sharon oversees every complex discharge, supporting patients with the right care package, signposting to support groups and even arranging that patients can pass away at their preferred place. She always has the patient’s best interests at heart.
