Everyone should have the chance to reach their full potential. Marion has been nominated for her specialised work supporting children and young adults who use methods other than speaking to communicate, as well as helping teachers and teaching assistants adapt their lessons.  She goes above and beyond to ensure that those with complex needs and physical disabilities have a fighting chance of an education.
