Amanda has worked so hard both for our community in Barrow & the mental health work community. She is proving what an asset she is daily with her work at the Glen Garth Hostel and in her attempts to re-assure others in the community, breaking down barriers and the stigma often attached to mental health.
Amanda is a truly compassionate person and the nomination form is full of praise for her work.
